1. Order Processing & Handling Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

Please note that during high-demand periods such as holidays or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Zones, Rates & Transit Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and availability.

  • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping (applies to all orders within the United States)
  • Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days total (processing time + transit time)

Please note: Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing (if applicable), or peak holiday order volumes. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically takes 24–48 hours to update and become active on the carrier’s website. If your tracking number doesn’t show movement right away, please don’t worry — this is normal and updates should appear shortly after.

If you have not received a shipment confirmation email within the expected processing window, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at Support@ericdigital.website.

4. Delivery Addresses & Restrictions

We currently ship to the following destination types within the United States:

  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been processed or shipped. Eric Digital is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

5. Order Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, we cannot guarantee an address change once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Outbound Shipments: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.

Reporting Window: If your package arrives damaged, broken, or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@ericdigital.website with your order number and clear photographic proof of the issue.

Resolution: Once verified, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Inbound (Return) Shipments: Customers are responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us for standard returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage when sending a return.

7. Undeliverable & Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because the package was unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order. Alternatively, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping costs, at our discretion.
